the staff gave me a handwritten note and a fridge magnet. i was able to check in early. the coffee and tea selection in the room was great. the hotel is near two metro stations so it was convenient. i found the bed comfortable and the room clean.

my room had little daylight the light switches were confusing. sometimes the lights turned off unexpectedly. i went to the roof terrace but it was closed mid-week.

the hotel is centrally located it is close to most of the tourist spots. there are many good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and a small supermarket just opposite.

this hotel has an excellent location near st stephen's basilica and parliament. it is a short walk to many attractions (i walked almost everywhere!). the staff were helpful and gave excellent recommendations. the rooms were very clean and spacious, including an iron and board which i really appreciated.

I found the digital light switches a bit confusing. Sometimes the lights went off unexpectedly, it took some getting used to.

the breakfast had many fresh items (especially loved the fresh fruit!). the staff also prepared and served egg dishes to order. there was a wide selection of options available each morning.

The breakfast buffet offered a very good food selection. I found its location ideal for city exploration. The hotel is near some restaurants, only 5 to 10 minutes away.

The AC was not working . The staff did not resolve this issue. I couldn't sleep well because the room was very hot.
