the location proved very convenient for accessing nearby attractions. i found the room to be adequately equipped with essential amenities. the breakfast offered a reasonable selection of items each morning it catered to various dietary needs.

the room size felt somewhat restricted especially with luggage. i encountered a delay during check-in it took longer than expected. the bar service was occasionally slow during peak hours.

The fitness room features excellent machines. The hotel has a good restaurant. Staff at reception, bar, restaurant, and kitchen demonstrated professionalism and kindness.

mediocre breakfast outdated equipment

the breakfast was honestly quite mediocre the selection felt limited and not particularly fresh. the gym was also a letdown equipment was old and some machines were out of service. it definitely didn't meet my expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber. the staff seemed indifferent to complaints and didn't resolve issues quickly at all

central location and superb service

handwritten note early check superb coffee clean room

the staff gave me a handwritten note and a fridge magnet. i was able to check in early. the coffee and tea selection in the room was great. the hotel is near two metro stations so it was convenient. i found the bed comfortable and the room clean.

my room had little daylight the light switches were confusing. sometimes the lights turned off unexpectedly. i went to the roof terrace but it was closed mid-week.

the hotel is centrally located it is close to most of the tourist spots. there are many good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and a small supermarket just opposite.

the staff is kind and helpful even the housekeeping staff was smiling. front of house staff go over and beyond to assist with anything needed. the personnel were friendly helpful and reliable.

fantastic stay!

excellent location helpful staff clean room

this hotel has an excellent location near st stephen's basilica and parliament. it is a short walk to many attractions (i walked almost everywhere!). the staff were helpful and gave excellent recommendations. the rooms were very clean and spacious, including an iron and board which i really appreciated.

I found the digital light switches a bit confusing. Sometimes the lights went off unexpectedly, it took some getting used to.

the breakfast had many fresh items (especially loved the fresh fruit!). the staff also prepared and served egg dishes to order. there was a wide selection of options available each morning.

the reception staff spoke english fluently and offered fabulous recommendations for local attractions. they were very helpful and eager to assist with any questions. i felt very welcomed during my entire stay.

the room was modern and clean (i noticed it right away!). the bed was huge and comfortable, and the separate toilet and shower room were very convenient. i was really happy with the room layout.

the room was modern and clean the bed was comfortable. the checkout time at 12 noon instead of the usual 11 am was a nice surprise.

breakfast was disappointing containers were often empty by 10 am. i was charged four euro for oats it seemed excessive.

The breakfast buffet offered a very good food selection. I found its location ideal for city exploration. The hotel is near some restaurants, only 5 to 10 minutes away.

The AC was not working . The staff did not resolve this issue. I couldn't sleep well because the room was very hot.
